Belvoir Boulevard resurfacing to begin soon in South Euclid; city’s home values on the rise

Resurfacing of both the concrete and asphalt portions of South Belvoir Boulevard in South Euclid will take place this summer. Meanwhile, City Council learned Monday that home values are increasing, and that recreation amenities continue to be added at city parks.
